Welcome to the waitlist for Tamitik Status of Women! To be added, click "Next Step" to begin filling out the form.

Please ensure to add information for the children and parent/caregiver.

1) Fill out the required fields for the child, click SAVE to move on

2) Click "Add Person" Fill out the required fields for an adult, click SAVE to move on

3) If you have another child, click "Add Person" and fill out required fields for a child. Click SAVE to move on.

4) After ALL family members have been added, click "Next Step" to review your application.

5) Once you have confirmed everything is correct, hit "complete" and a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly.
