Waitlist Instructions

Our Waitlist Process

At Happy Day Childcare & Preschool, we maintain a small group size to ensure high-quality, personalized care. As a result, we often operate with a waitlist.

How It Works:

Families can add themselves to our waitlist at any time. When a spot becomes available that fits your scheduling needs, we will reach out based on your placement on the list.

Once contacted, you will have until the end of the next business day to respond to our email or call. If we don’t hear back within that time frame, the opportunity will be offered to the next family on the list.

If you respond in time, we will then schedule an interview to get to know each other and determine if Happy Day is the right fit for your child and family.

Please Note:

The estimated wait time is approximately 1 year, depending on your child’s age and scheduling needs. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure the best placement for every child.
