Thank you for your interest in Hope 4 Kids Early Learning Centers! We're excited that you'd like to become part of our family! Here's how to join and remain on the waitlist: 1. Fill out the waitlist application (see below to add more than one child). 2. Submit one application fee for EACH child. Pay Now 3. *Tour the program. Visit our Enrollment page (https://www.h4kelc.org/enrollment.html) to fill out a tour request form. 4. Confirm your continued interest in remaining on the waitlist by responding to the monthly emails you'll receive from Waitlist Plus after signing up on this form. 5. Respond to any emails coming directly from the school regarding enrollment, touring, and other communication regarding your placement on the waitlist. *If a space becomes available and your family has not taken steps to tour, we will move on to the next family on the list and your family will be bumped to the bottom of the list. Please take care to complete a tour request form and tour one of our campuses to ensure your waitlist application is complete. Families that have not toured, have not paid the waitlist fee, or have not responded to emails from the program will, unfortunately, be removed from the waitlist. ADDING MORE THAN ONE CHILD TO THE WAITLIST: If you have more than one child joining the waitlist, please note that a waitlist fee is required for each child. When completing the registration form, click "Add Family Member" and use the drop down arrow and select "Child." Make sure you DO NOT click on the red button that reads, "Do not add to list." CURRENTLY ENROLLED FAMILY: If you have a child that is already enrolled with us and are adding a child to the waitlist, when completing the registration form, click "Add Family Member" and use the drop down arrow and select "Child." DO click on the red button that reads, "Do not add to list." This helps us know that you are adding a sibling to the waitlist as a currently enrolled family, but does not add your currently enrolled child to the waitlist. IMPORTANT: Please note that submission of the waitlist application does not guarantee that a space will be available when a family needs to enroll. The purpose of the waitlist is for families to express their desire to enroll and for us to keep track of a family’s priority when an opening occurs. When a space becomes available, being on the waitlist gives a family priority over other families who are not on the waitlist. If a family has not toured the program, we will move on to the next family on the list. All enrollments come directly from the waitlist. Please check with the school office to confirm if part-time options are available. The waitlist application fee is non-refundable for any reason. Families who decline a space when offered will be bumped to the bottom of the list. Priority of placement for enrollment is based on the following: 1. Full time enrollment (5 full day enrollment receives priority over fewer days) 2. Siblings/foster children 3. Returning families 4. Hope Community Church members 5. New families Remember: your family’s waitlist entry will be deactivated and removed if we don’t receive a confirmation from you through this platform or if you decline a space if/when offered.
