Hello and thank you for your interest in Fresno State - Scottish Rite Speech and Language Clinic and the CSDS Adult Research Clinic!

The Fresno State-Scottish Rite Speech and Language Clinic and the CSDS Adult Research Clinics are dedicated to serving people with a variety of communication issues in the community. Evaluations and treatment are available for people of all ages. Services are provided by graduate students under the direct supervision of licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologists. All professional supervisors are licensed by the State of California and are certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in Speech Pathology.

Important information:      

• Our clinic operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with a waiting period of approximately 6 to 9 months. This may vary depending on the availability of spaces in the clinic. Staff will call when a spot is available.
• Please note that no clinic spot is guaranteed. All placements are subject to the clinic director's approval and are based on client and student clinician needs and available spots.
• Clients can self-refer and live anywhere in the San Joaquin Valley.
• All services are free of charge.
• If the client has attended our clinic before, please do not submit a new case history form. Contact us to add the client to the callback list for available spots.
• If the client has reports from another agency, please email a copy to clinicassist@mail.fresnostate.edu.
