CHILD CARE WAITLIST FEE DISCLOSURE & DISCLAIMER

Our child care program charges a $25.00 waitlist fee. 

This waitlist fee is charged in accordance with Colorado Senate Bill 25-004 (SB25-004), Regulating Child Care Center Fees, which became effective January 1, 2026.

The $25.00 waitlist fee:

• Is a one-time fee for placement and administration of your child's position on our waitlist.
• Does not guarantee enrollment, admission, or placement in our child care program.
• Is separate from tuition, registration fees, deposits, or other fees that may apply if a child care position becomes available.
• May only be used for the administrative costs associated with managing the waitlist, as required by Colorado law.

Please note: If a child care position is offered to your family and you decline the available position, the waitlist fee is not refundable under SB25-004.

By submitting this waitlist application and paying the $25.00 waitlist fee, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this disclosure and the program's fee and refund policies.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This disclosure is intended to comply with applicable requirements of Colorado Senate Bill 25-004. The program reserves the right to update its fee and refund policies as required by changes in Colorado law or regulations.
