Waitlist Instructions

Thank you for your interest in The Village Childcare/ Creative Advantage. 

To join our waitlist, please complete the form below. You must include a parent email address, as all communications regarding your application and enrollment will be sent via email. Please add admin@thevillagecc.ca to your safe sender list to ensure our messages do not end up in your spam folder.

We will send confirmation emails every 6 months asking you to verify your continued interest. Please respond to confirm your interest in staying on our waitlist. If you no longer wish to be on the waitlist, simply let us know and we will remove you.

Important Information:

When a space becomes available, we reach out personally to families on our waitlist to begin the enrollment conversation. Our process is thoughtful rather than automatic — we consider classroom composition, kindergarten timelines, the needs of currently enrolled families, and referrals to ensure every new family is a genuine fit. We are selective because we care about getting it right for everyone.
