Waitlist Instructions

Thank you for your interest in joining the Cornerstone community. Please complete the requested information below to be added to our wait list. Provide the information for the child you want to enroll, then click "Add Family Member". From the drop down box, choose "Child" if you want to add a sibling to the list. Choose "Adult" to add in caregiver information. You can click to add family members until all children and caregivers have been added. When finished adding family members, click "Complete Form". To reserve your position on our wait list we require a non-refundable $150/family hold spot fee.
