Welcome to the waitlist for Assiniboia Child Care Services (ACCS). Please fill out the form below to be added to our waitlist.

A Note About Our Childcare Waitlist

We understand how important finding childcare is for families, and we appreciate your patience while waiting for a space at our centre. We currently have an extensive waitlist, and we would like to clarify how our waitlist and intake process works.

• A spot on our waitlist does not guarantee or promise a childcare space. Spaces are offered as they become available and when we can accommodate a child within the appropriate age group.

• Our intake is date added to the waitlist and birthdate based, including the child’s birth month and specific date, as this determines which age group and available space, they may qualify for.

• Movement within the centre is also an important factor. As Children age, we must be able to accommodate children who need to transition into the next room/age group. 

• Waitlist positions are not permanent or strictly numerical. Your child’s position may move up or down as children reach different age groups and as we work through birth dates, and the dates families were added to the list.

• Because of these factors, we are unable to guarantee an exact position, timeline, or start date while your child is on the waitlist.

We know waiting for childcare can be difficult, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we work to offer available spaces as fairly and consistently as possible.
